📅 Appointment Confirmations
We’ll send you a friendly reminder via text 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. To confirm, simply reply "YES" to the message. If you need to reschedule, reply "R", and we’ll reach out to help you find a new time. If we don’t receive a response and can’t reach you, your appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
📞 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—we totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting us at (239) 699-5469. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings. Frequent cancellations could lead to service refusal.
⏰ Running Late? No Problem—Just Let Us Know!
If you’re running behind, please give us a quick call so we can adjust accordingly! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service (for example, we might not have time for a blow-dry). We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases, a reschedule may be necessary. If we’re running behind, we’ll be sure to keep you updated, too!
🚫 No-Call/No-Show Policy
We totally respect your time, and we ask for the same in return! Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
💰 No Refunds – But We’ll Make It Right!
We want you to LOVE your hair! While we don’t offer refunds, if something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 2 days by calling or texting (239) 699-5469. We’ll schedule a consultation and follow-up appointment to perfect your look with your original stylist.
💳 Credit Card & Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, new guests will need to add a credit card on file and pay a 50% deposit. Deposits are refunded within 24-48 hours if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in a 50% charge, and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
📵 Cell Phone Courtesy
We love a good chat, but please keep phone calls to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a relaxing salon experience. Texting is totally fine!
💎 Clothing & Jewelry
We work with professional-grade products that can stain, so we recommend leaving your most valuable clothing and jewelry at home. We can’t offer discounts for any accidental damage to personal items.
🎨 Chemical Services & Corrections
Color corrections require a consultation before booking to ensure the best results! Please be upfront about your hair history and any medications you’re taking, as this can impact how products work on your hair.

Salon Bloom E-Gift Card Disclaimer
Salon Bloom e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law. E-gift cards must be redeemed within 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Salon Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards.
