· We offer a 15-minute late courtesy window. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the entire scheduled service. If we cannot complete your service due to tardiness, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
· We ask you to please keep personal phone calls limited as it disrupts other guests.
· Please don’t wear clothing, shoes, or jewelry that you value. We work with dyes and bleach that are prone to staining clothes and jewelry. We will not offer any discounts for damaged belongings.
· To reserve your first appointment with us, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service is required.
· If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment (notifications are sent 72 hours prior), your 50% deposit will be refunded. If you no-show the day of your appointment or cancel within the 24-hour time period, the deposit will not be refunded.
· At the stylist’s discretion, we have the right to refuse extra services that weren’t originally scheduled for your appointment. If we are able to fit in extra services during your scheduled time, we would love to do that for you!
· If you are not 100% satisfied with any service, please notify us within 2 days of your service, by calling or texting the salon at: (239) 699-5469. Once notified, we will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service with the original service provider. We do not offer refunds.
. New clients are required to sign a Chemical Service Consent and Liability Waiver, and a form acknowledging these policies.
. Sunday and evening appointments are in high demand, if you reschedule, appointments can be a few weeks out.
