Salon Bloom Policies
At Salon Bloom, we’re dedicated to providing the best experience for our guests and staff. To ensure we can accommodate everyone, please take a moment to review our updated policies. We appreciate your understanding and support!
-Appointment Confirmations
You'll receive confirmation texts 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm by replying "C." If we don’t receive confirmation and can't reach you, your appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
-Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Please call or text us directly at (239) 699-5469. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your stylist may charge a fee or require a deposit for future bookings. Recurring cancellations could result in service refusal.
-Tardiness
If you’re running late, please call ahead. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service (for example, we might not have time for a blow-dry). We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but some services may need to be rescheduled.
-No-Call/No-Show
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
-No Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are not 100% satisfied with a service, please notify us within 2 days of your appointment by calling or texting (239) 699-5469. We will schedule a consultation and appointment to correct your service with your original provider.
-Credit Card & Deposit Policy
A credit card is required for new guests, along with a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be refunded within 24-48 hours if you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the originally scheduled service. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
-Cell Phone Policy
We kindly ask that you keep phone calls to a minimum during your visit, as they can disrupt other guests’ experience in the salon.
-Clothing & Jewelry
Please avoid wearing valuable items, as we work with products that can stain. We can’t offer discounts for any damaged belongings.
-Chemical Services & Corrections
A consultation is required before booking any color correction service. Please share your hair history and medication information to avoid any negative reactions during your service.
